We are routinely disinfecting the door handles, countertop, and pens. We have hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, and tissues available on the front counter. There is also a clear plastic barrier on the counter.
If you are sick or have recently been sick, please do not enter the office. Please call us to make other arrangements. We can bring things out to you or we can mail/email/fax things to you.
If you can see other clients in the office when you arrive, please wait outside to limit the number of people inside. Please knock to let us know you are here.
If you are returning paperwork or have other items to drop off, you may use the mail slot in the door. Please be sure your signed engagement letter and completed Yes/No question pages are included with your tax documents. We will call you if we have questions or need additional information.
We are scheduling face-to-face appointments on a limited basis, but will walk through your tax return with you at pick-up like we always have.
